Description
- choose wheel size
- remove the front wheel (possibly also the rear wheel) and the handlebars with stem from the bike
- secure everything against damage (tape to the frame and use the enclosed bubble wrap)
- attach a letter or write an email with a description of the required actions (beyond the scope of the service)
- insure the bike if necessary with the carrier
- upon receipt, we will perform a complete disassembly of the wheel and hubs with lubrication of the bearings and inspection
- in the event of a discovered defect, we will take a photo and contact you with the price and approval of the repair / installation
- then we carefully pack the bike and send it back with DPD
- the cost of transport is included in the price of the service
